Jenni “JWoww” Farley is saying “smell ya later” to the OG Jersey Shore days. The reality star — who, according to her Jersey Shore: Family Vacation tagline, is “so classy now” — is revealing her one regret from her early years on the hit MTV series.

Farley stopped by this morning’s pre-taped episode of Live with Kelly and Mark, where Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos said their daughter has “just discovered” the original show — which aired from 2009-2012.

“What do you miss most about those early years?” Ripa asked her guest. “Because our daughter just discovered Jersey Shore Season 1. And she’s like, ‘Have you ever heard of this show?’ I was like, ‘We watched it when it was airing.'”

Farley — who was only 23 when she joined the reality series — revealed that she sees TikTok influencers hosting Jersey Shore theme parties and dressing like the cast. But as much as she misses her wild time on the show, she admitted that she does “not miss the smells.”

When Ripa asked who smelled the worst, Farley replied, “I think it was a collective, we all did. I really wish we showered more. So as much as the new influencers and the new teenagers are getting into it, I’m like, ‘You will never smell the way we smelled.’ They’re like the polished version of us.”

Meanwhile, Ripa added that newcomers are “learning what not to do,” before referring to the oftentimes raunchy show as a “cautionary tale.”

Jersey Shore followed the drama, hijinks and drunken nights of Farley, Vinny GuadagninoNicole “Snooki” PolizziMike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, Angelina Pivarnick, Pauly D, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Deena Cortese — a group of young partiers who were lumped into a vacation house at the Jersey Shore in the summer.

While the series ended in 2012, the majority of the cast — with the exception of Giancola — returned for the reboot, Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, in 2018. And the show has a renewed interest as of late seeing as Giancola finally made her grand return to the reality show for the first time in over 10 years.

“Shocked isn’t the word. My jaw hit the ground. We were all living our best lives in Pennsylvania, cooking Sunday dinner, and she’s just like, ‘Hey guys,’ and walks in,” Farley said of her co-star’s comeback. “I swore she would never ever come back. When I saw her walk through, I was like, ‘Is this AI?’”
