Will There Be A Season 6 of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel?

Sadly, Maisel is taking its final bow on May 26. Season 5, Episode 9 will serve as both the Season 5 finale and the series finale. And though it will be hard to say goodbye to these characters we’ve known since 2017, creators Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino feel the time is right to wrap up their stories.

“We want to make sure that like everybody walked away from this feeling fulfilled and that their characters got what was coming to them,” Sherman-Palladino told The Hollywood Reporter in April. “Then, we throw up a few other little surprises that we had been talking about and toying with if we went longer, and we thought, ‘Well, we’re not. Let’s yank those back and put them in here so that everybody is in the pool.'”

“We knew exactly where we wanted to end,” Daniel Palladino added. “And we just sort of like knew that these are our last markers that we wanted to hit towards the ending that we knew was going to be the ending from the very beginning.”

All five seasons of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel are currently streaming on Prime Video.
