NHL and NBA playoffs are in full swing, and for those without cable, you may still be wondering what the best way to catch those games live is.

If you haven’t already, meet Sling TV — a live TV streaming service with several flexible plans that work for every kind of TV watcher and a vast selection of shows and channels available for free with Freestream.

Whether you’re a sports lover, a news junkie, or someone who can’t bear missing their favorite shows every week, you can get all the content you love from Sling TV starting at $30/month.

Sling TV has two base plans available: Orange and Blue. Each comes with a slightly different lineup of channels at the same price. Sling’s website has a complete breakdown of channels so you can find which plan is right for you.

If you want all the base plan channels, Sling offers a discounted Orange & Blue bundle.

Right now, Sling makes the deal even sweeter; you can get $10 off your first month of Sling TV.

Sling Orange and Sling Blue cost $40/month individually, making your first month just $30. If you opt for the bundle, you’ll pay $45 for your first month before reverting to the standard $55/month price.

(Note: if you live in a select market that carries ABC as part of Sling Blue or Sling Orange & Blue, your monthly price will be $5 higher at $45/month and $60/month, respectively.)

How To Get This Sling TV Streaming Deal:

Getting $10 off your first month of Sling TV is as easy as creating a new account on Sling’s website, choosing a plan, and entering your payment details. You’ll be able to start streaming right away.

What Is The Difference Between Sling’s Base Plans?

Sling has two base plans plus a combination of the two plans at a discounted rate.

Sling Orange is best for sports fans and families but doesn’t include ABC, NBC, or Fox, so those looking for local news broadcasts or favorite network shows won’t have access to them. However, it includes ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPN3, which are not part of Sling Blue.

As noted above, Sling Blue includes ABC, NBC, and Fox but does not have any of the ESPN networks. There is also a selection of lifestyle channels, like TLC and Discovery, and entertainment channels, like FX, exclusive to Blue.

For the best of both worlds, consider Sling Orange & Blue and save $20/month while getting all the available channels.

Each plan has 50 hours of DVR storage, but the number of device streams varies per plan.
