Enter HGTV‘s Bargain Block, which follows partners Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas as they renovate houses throughout Detroit, Michigan, making them appealing yet affordable enough for their community.
According to Deadline, Bargain Block became one of the top 10 new scripted series among all viewers this year, receiving more than 20.2 million viewers throughout Season 1.
