Sometimes you want to watch a movie featuring Oscar-worthy performances, a life-changing story, and breath-taking cinematography. And sometimes you just want to watch Johnny Knoxville get kicked in the balls. For the latter, you can head to the movie theater this weekend to watch Jackass Forever, aka Jackass 4.
Twenty years after the first film, Jackass: The Movie, Knoxville, who is now 50, is still putting himself in dangerous and painful situations for the sake of our amusement. And honestly, we are not worthy. Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Dave England, Wee Man, Danger Ehren, and Preston Lacy are back, and their stunts are wilder and more ridiculous than ever.
You don’t want to miss out on the fun, so here’s what you need to know about where to watch Jackass Forever, and when you can expect Jackass Forever to be streaming on Paramount+.
WHERE TO WATCH JACKASS FOREVER:
For now, the only way to watch Jackass Forever is to go to a movie theater. Jackass Forever will open in theaters in the U.S on February 4, 2022. You can find tickets at a theater near you here.
After the movie’s theatrical run, you will be able to stream Jackass Forever on Paramount+, the Paramount streaming service. Paramount+ offers a premium plan priced at $9.99/month or an ad-supported plan for $5.99/month. You’ll also be able to rent Jackass Forever on digital platforms like Amazon Prime, iTunes, Vudu, YouTube, Google Play, and more.
WILL JACKASS FOREVER BE ON HBO MAX? IS JACKASS 4 ON HBO MAX?
No. Jackass Forever is a Paramount movie, not a Warner Bros. movie, and therefore will not be streaming on HBO Max when it opens in theaters. More than that, HBO Max will no longer be streaming theatrical movies in 2022. Last year, Warner Media opted to simultaneously release its theatrical slate on streaming, meaning HBO Max subscribers could watch movies like Matrix Resurrections at home. This year, however, Warner Bros. theatrical movies will have a 45-day theaters-only run before moving to HBO Max.
IS JACKASS FOREVER ON NETFLIX?
No. Jackass Forever is not on Netflix, and, because it’s going to Paramount+, it likely will not be on Netflix any time soon. Sorry!
WHEN WILL JACKASS FOREVER BE STREAMING ONLINE? WHEN WILL JACKASS FOREVER BE ON PARAMOUNT PLUS?
While there is not an official Paramount+ release date for Jackass Forever, we can expect Jackass Forever to be on the streaming service after 30 to 45 days in theaters. Last year, Paramount announced all of its titles would be moving to Paramount+ after 30 days in theaters, while big tentpole titles would get 45 days in theaters. Therefore, you should see Jackass Forever on Paramount+ around mid-to-late March 2022.
