Disney+ is traveling back in time for their latest offering, The Right Stuff. The new historical series, which comes from Leonardo DiCaprio and stars Patrick J. Adams, Jake McDorman and Colin O’Donoghue, follows the very beginnings of the United States space program. And if it sounds familiar, that’s because it is. The series comes after Tom Wolfe’s 1979 book of the same name and the 1983 movie adaptation that followed.

This time around, National Geographic is partnering with Disney+ for The Right Stuff, which officially premiered on the streaming platform earlier this month after three years of development. Now that we’ve seen the first two episodes, we’re hooked and ready to watch more.
