Amazon’s silky smooth action series Sneaky Pete already boasted an abundance of talent before the fan-favorite returned for Season 3. Lizzie is portrayed by Israeli actress Efrat Dor. Born on January 6, 1983 in Beersheba, Israel, the burgeoning star received her big break when she earned the role of Shir Ambar in Israeli’s hit TV series Asfur. During a 2017 interview with Cliche Magazine, Dor spoke about how being cast as Shir Ambar changed her life.

“Asfur was a very big hit, and I wasn’t prepared for all that brought on,” she said. “I was chased everywhere I went by people and paparazzi. It all turned crazy in an instant, so for the next two years, I hardly left my house. It took me a while to understand that it is a form of love. Today, I am very flattered and happy to receive compliments, and maybe I got used to the change. I find family and friends really keep you grounded.”

While Amazon is yet to announce any official plans for a fourth season of Sneaky Pete, Efrat Dor is headed to the big screen. The actress joins Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Tom Hollander, Rosanna Arquette, and James Caan in the upcoming drama Holy Lands. Scheduled to arrive in theaters on June 21st, the film follows Harry Rosenmerck (Caan), an Ashkenazi Jewish American cardiologist who leaves everything to become a pig farmer in the Holy Land.

Clearly this person never watched Sneaky Pete. In a 2017 interview with Coveteur, Efrat shared an amusing anecdote about how someone attempted to impersonate her in order to gain access to the Vanity Fair Oscar party.

“Arriving at the security gate with my car [to the Vanity Fair Oscar party], I was told someone tried to impersonate me and get in with my name, but luckily the guard had seen The Zookeeper’s Wife and knew the person was lying,” she said. “He later told me, ‘You know you’ve made it when someone is trying to impersonate you.’ That really made me laugh!”
