Donald Trump Jr. just gave Saturday Night Live another reason to make fun of him — as if they needed it. On Thursday, the president’s son responded to a tweet about the “2020 dem platform” with what he clearly thought was a great joke, writing, “It’s almost like a funny version of an S&L skit.” Almost immediately, the internet began roasting the eldest Trump son: does Trump Jr. really think SNL is spelled S&L? And more importantly, does he not know that the “N” in SNL stands for “night”?

For obvious reasons, Trump Jr.’s tweet went viral in mere minutes, with users quickly chiming in to laugh at his gaffe (and gaffe is a generous word for it). “Junior, sometimes you make your dad look like Einstein,” said one user. “You are going to PRISO&,” said another. Referencing Trumps’ most recent spelling mistake, another added, “Now I know where the hamberders come from.” Honestly, valid reference.

Of course, Twitter users were quick to point out that one of SNL‘s — excuse me, S&L‘s — most popular sketches in recent years follows Trump Jr. (Mikey Day) as he attempts to explain things to his brother Eric (Alex Moffat). Eric has always been portrayed as the dumb one, but maybe Junior’s tweet is cause for a role-reversal?

SNL is off until Saturday, February 9 (Halsey will serve as host and musical guest), but you can bet your S&L — savings and loans, duh — that SNL is going to work Trump Jr.’s mistake into their show next week. It’s just too easy to pass up.
