As we head into the holiday broadcast dead zone, television still has one last present for you: the surprise two-part series finale of Timeless. The show was canceled — twice! — by NBC, but has been resurrected one last time for a two-part Christmas episode that should wrap up the series for real this time.

What time is the Timeless series finale on?
The two-part series finale, titled “The Miracle of Christmas Part I,” and “The Miracle of Christmas Part II,” airs back-to-back on Thursday, December 20 at 8/7c. Make sure to clear two hours and get plenty of snacks ready.
What is the Timeless series finale about?
Uh… Christmas. Also going back in time to save the life of Rufus (Malcolm Barrett), whose fate was left hanging after the show was canceled after Season 2 aired. And also, here’s the official blurb:
As Christmas arrives in the Bunker, the Time Team is inspired by a visit from their future selves to find a way to try to save Rufus. But when the Mothership jumps to 1848 California, they’re forced to put those plans on hold and chase Rittenhouse back to the Gold Rush, where they encounter one of the era’s most dangerous villains. Then chasing the Mothership to Korea in the winter of 1950, our team helps a stranded, pregnant refugee attempt to escape a tragic fate. Stuck with no way out, our team faces its toughest challenge yet and, in the process, come to terms with their feelings for each other.

Great, congratulations on being so popular. The episode should pop up on NBC.com and the NBC app tomorrow sometime, but your best bet is Hulu. The service has the previous two seasons, and the final two episodes of Timeless will most likely be available as you wake up. It’s like Christmas morning, but a few days early!
