Watch Ronda Rousey get Decimated by the Bella Twins’ Sneak Attack on ‘Raw’

The WWE wanted a high-profile main bout for their first all-women’s pay-per-view event and they got it. After months of speculation, it’s finally official: Ronda Rousey will defend her Raw Women’s Championship against Nikki Bella at WWE’s Evolution.

Two days after teaming with Rousey to defeat the Riott Squad at WWE Super Show-Down in Melbourne, Australia, the Total Divas stars finally pulled the trigger on their long-rumored attack on the former UFC champ during last night’s episode of Monday Night Raw. After once again vanquishing the Riott Squad, the Bella Twins attacked Rousey, leaving the current champ in a state of confusion. But her bewilderment quickly morphed into anger. Rousey regrouped and unleashed a bit of her own “twin magic” (aka her fists) on the WWE veterans. Despite her best efforts, the numbers game eventually caught up with the rowdy one as Nikki and Brie decimated the newcomer, driving her into the ring post, ringside steps, and barricade.

The Bella beatdown concluded in the middle of the ring with both Nikki and Brie standing victoriously over a weakened Rousey. After the attack, the WWE confirmed that Ronda Rousey will defend her Raw Women’s Championship against Nikki Bella at Evolution.

During a post-match interview, Brie Bella explained that the attack was a result of Rousey “taking the shine away” from the Bella Twins. “Brie and I are here for Evolution,” Nikki Bella added. “But we’re here to remind everyone, even Ronda Rousey, that this is a Bella-lution.”

WWE Evolution will air on Sunday, October 28, 2018 on the WWE Network.
