WILL LEGION SEASON 2 BE ON HULU? BETTER QUESTION: WHEN WILL LEGION SEASON 2 BE ON HULU?
As Decider’s Kayla Cobb reported back in July of 2017, FX shows are notoriously difficult to stream. FX has the full streaming rights to current seasons of its shows for a month and a half after a finale, which means there’s a substantial delay when it comes to their shows premiering on Netflix or Hulu.
For instance, Atlanta aired its Season 1 finale on November 1, 2016. It took until the middle of September 2017 for the season to debut on Hulu since it was in a blackout zone (meaning the season was only available through VOD and home entertainment). Keeping with that trend, a representative from FX told Decider that the second season of Legion wouldn’t be available to stream on Hulu for “some time.”
Going off the Atlanta model, if Legion Season 2 concludes on May 29, you shouldn’t expect to see the series on Hulu until mid-2019.
WHERE CAN I STREAM LEGION SEASON 2?
If you have a cable login, you can stream Season 2 episodes on FX.com or the FXNow app. The website also offers a “preview pass,” which means first time visitors are allowed to access 60 minutes of an episode that would be otherwise be locked.
IS THE FIRST SEASON OF LEGION ON HULU?
We finally have some good news to share! Yes, all eight Season 1 episodes of Legion are now streaming on Hulu.
IS LEGION AVAILABLE ON NETFLIX?
Unfortunately, Legion is not currently streaming on Netflix.
