UVA alum Tina Fey returned to Saturday Night Live: Weekend Update last night to address the situation in Charlottesville this week, with a little help from a patriotic cake.

Wearing a UVA sweatshirt, Fey said, “It broke my heart to see these evil forces descend upon Charlottesville,” and quickly turning her anger towards Trump and his remarks earlier in the week, but not before noting that Donald John is “a stupid jackass name” and joking, “Whatever, he gets away with it because he’s gorgeous.”

Adopting “Donny John” as her new nickname for him,  she goes on to address the alt-right rallies planned for this weekend, including in New York City and said, “I hope they try it and get the ham salad kicked out of them by a bunch of drag queens,” while also expressing concern that she doesn’t want anyone else to get hurt.

Which brings us to the dessert of the segment, where Fey encourages people to support their local bakeries this weekend and simply go to town on a sheet cake, happily demonstrating at the desk. She continued to put down Nazis and Ann Coulter while shoveling forkfuls of beautiful cake into her mouth, explaining to Colin Jost, “Sheet caking is a grassroots movement, Colin. Most of the women I know have been doing it once a week since the election.”

Enjoy your cakes this weekend!
