Marvel's Iron Fist

Powered by Reelgood

This weekend, a handful of new titles are hitting your favorite streaming platforms. Whether you’re planning on a buzzed binge for St. Patrick’s Day or a flick to act as a hangover cure on Saturday, NetflixHuluAmazon Prime VideoHBOShowtime, STARZ, and more have just what you need to make it through the weekend.

If you’re feeling nostalgic, Netflix has you covered with new Disney flicks like The BFG and Pete’s Dragon, as well as a handful of stellar original series. If you want to catch up before the third season of Fargo hits FX in April, Hulu’s got the entire second season of the critically-acclaimed show. HBO continues their blockbuster streak with Ice Age: Collision Course, while Amazon Prime Video has Richard Linklater’s Everybody Wants Some!! for your viewing pleasure. What are you waiting for? Sit back, crack open a cold (or warm one) and enjoy all the offerings of your favorite streaming platforms.

Marvel’s Iron Fist

Yes! That one! The show so shrouded in controversy, you forgot it hadn’t even come out yet! Leading man Finn Jones quit and re-joined Twitter in the weeks leading up to Iron Fist‘s release, and the rounds he’s been making on this press circuit have been less than articulate – but this “messy one-night stand of superhero shows” is here, like it or not. Hate-watch this weekend to find out what all the hype is about.

Everybody Wants Some!!

Richard Linklater‘s nostalgic 1980s-set follow-up to Boyhood focuses on a group of college baseball players who adjust to adulthood through a series of adventurous antics. This ode to adolescence has it all: awesome ensemble cast? Check. Bumpin’ soundtrack? Check. An accurate depiction of the roller coaster ride that is growing up? Check check check.

Fargo: Season 2

The second season of FX’s critically-acclaimed, award-winning series is finally available for your streaming pleasure. Starring Kirsten Dunst, Jesse Plemons, Patrick Wilson, Ted Danson, and a slew of other big-name stars, this 1970s-set prequel to the first season deals with a number of storylines involving crime families, murder cover-ups, and even some supernatural elements. Bundle up and strap in for this one – it’s a binge worth taking.
